Welcome to Comic Stripping, the long talked about, short remembered webcomic project of Darrell Prasad. Now I know what you’re thinking, what qualifies me to run a webcomic. Well, my long list of qualifications include a partial completion of a Certificate III in fine art (roman numerals make it seem more official) and I used to tape cheese tv (onto VHS) and pause it to draw various characters from Dragon Ball Z and Pokemon.
The webcomics will be attempted to be updated every Monday. And you might notice that I have an online t-shirt store in conjunction with this webcomic, where you can find t-shirts and tops (if you prefer a more shapely fit) from the webcomics.
As part of Comic Stripping’s corporate responsibility to enact good social change, we also run a support group for strippers transitioning into stand up comedy. Stripping was only a way to pay the bills during the GFC, but now they want to move up in the world, without leaving the entertainment industry. The group meets outside of showgirls the third Tuesday of every month.
